Please join the ThinkFirst National Injury Prevention Foundation for our annual conference “Reconnect to Share, Inspire, and Build Safer Futures” where we will delve into the latest advancements, best practices, and current trends in the field of injury prevention. This conference will serve as an invaluable platform for professionals to deepen their understanding on a variety of safety topics, develop effective programs, and network with fellow professionals working to prevent injuries. This activity will provide learners with new strategies to implement in their community injury prevention programs based on the leading causes of unintentional injuries and deaths in the United States. Topics will include teen safe driving, falls prevention and driving safety for older adults, return to learn/play following concussion, cultural competency, data collection based on the “Grey book” standards, coalition building and much more!
The conference will take place at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Naperville, Illinois on Monday, May 6, and Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
