Charles Fleisher, West Orange, NJ

Since his injury at the age of 18, Charles Fleisher has used his life’s challenges to create opportunities to help others. As a VIP speaker for ThinkFirst New Jersey, Charles has delivered more than 344 ThinkFirst presentations reaching nearly 40,000 young people since 2005. Soon after graduating from Rutgers University in 1995, Charles launched a healthcare staffing business and established a non-profit organization to promote sports and recreation opportunities for people with disabilities. He is an inspirational injury prevention speaker, business entrepreneur and author, currently writing his second book.
